Mission, Vision

John Abbott (1821-1893) a Canadian lawyer and statesman said:

If you have knowledge, let others light their candles with it

It started with a light burning which turned into a passion of wanting others to benefit from this knowledge and light.  We each lit up through our care of having worked with each other and we each had some connections that only love can bind.

We know others can benefit from the same light of play and expressive therapy as it is a bridge through verbal therapy with depth.  Both these therapies deals with emotional release with the focus being very person-centered and the beauty of it all developing into a process of self-knowledge and self-discovery.

Vision

With the light and knowledge of love through metta, it is only a matter of sharing our space with our fellow man to build a better world of caring individuals and thus creating a ripple effect.

metta (Sanskrit word meaning loving and caring ) – Play and Expressive Therapy
